What is Splatter?
Splatter is a celebration of the fine wine, diverse cuisine, and the unique and creative arts of the Tri-Valley.

When is Splatter?

Splatter is on Saturday, September 17, 2016.
 
Where is Splatter?
Splatter takes place at Emerald Glen Park, located off of Tassajara Road between Central Parkway and Gleason Drive in Dublin.

What if it rains?
Splatter is held rain or shine!   The event will continue as scheduled regardless of the weather.  (Rain will make Splatter more "splattery"!)

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, due to Alameda County Health Department regulations, pets are NOT permitted at Splatter. This will be strictly enforced.

Is there an entry fee?
Admission to the festival is FREE.  

Is wine or beer be available for purchase at the event?
Yes. This year's event will feature a Tasting Garden where wineries and craft breweries will have tastings as well as glasses of wine or beer for purchase. 

Is alcohol served elsewhere at the event besides the Tasting Gardens?
Yes. There will be two Wine Bars at the event where you may purchase beer, wine, or soft drinks.

How can I purchase Tickets for the Carnival Games and Rides?
Tickets for the Carnival Games are $1 per ticket and are available at the ticket booth near the Carnival Game area.  The number of tickets will vary by game.  Splatter will also feature Carnival Rides. Tickets for Carnival Rides can be purchased at the Carnival Ride Booth.  The price of the tickets and the cost for each ride varies.

Is there an ATM on site?
Yes. There will be two ATM machines available at the festival.

Will I need an ID to purchase wine and beer?
Any person sampling alcohol in the Tasting Gardens or purchasing alcoholic beverages will be required to provide proper identification. A wristband will be given to those who are at least 21 years of age with proper identification. This will be strictly enforced.

Where can I park?
Limited parking is available in the South Parking Lot off of Central Parkway.  There is also street parking available on Central Parkway and Gleason Drive.  Additional parking is available at the Alameda County Maintenance lot located on Gleason Drive across from the park.  Offsite event parking with free continuous shuttle service will be available at the Carl Zeiss Meditec offices located at 5160 Hacienda Drive in Dublin, and the Dublin Park 'N Ride lot located inside the Dublin Corporate Center parking lot at 4140 Dublin Boulevard.

Is there any handicap accessible parking?
Handicap accessible parking will be available onsite at the North Parking Lot off of Gleason Drive at Emerald Glen Park. Additional handicap accessible festival parking is available at Carl Zeiss Meditec at 5160 Hacienda Drive or at the Park N'  Ride lot at 4140 Dublin Blvd.  A FREE Shuttle with a wheelchair lift will stop at each location every 20 minutes.
