Rental Opportunities
Currently there are 21 apartment communities (multi-family and senior) located within the City of Dublin, seven of which contain Below Market Rate (BMR) Units available to income-qualified households.

Although the City does not monitor the vacancies of BMR Rental Units, the City does perform annual monitoring of the seven Below Market Rate (BMR) multi-family and senior rental properties.  The annual monitoring is in compliance with the Affordable Housing Agreements entered into between the City and project owners of BMR multi-family and senior rental properties. The City’s annual monitoring process is an inspection of rental files to certify that Units are rented in compliance of the City’s Inclusionary Zoning Regulation and Affordable Housing Agreement.

Please refer to the Tri-Valley Affordable Rental Directory for a list of apartment communities within the Tri-Valley that offer BMR Units for rent.

Below are the seven communities currently offering BMR Units for rent.  Please call the community's Contact directly for vacancy/waiting list information, as the City does not currently monitor vacancies nor have a waiting list available.

Camellia Place
  • 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments located off Dublin Blvd., at the Transit Center
  • Households with income below 80% of the Alameda County Median Income (AMI)

Eclipse at Dublin Station
  • Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments located off Dublin Blvd., at the Transit Center
  • Households with income below 120% of the Alameda County Median Income (AMI)

Iron Horse Trail Apartments

  • 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments located off Dougherty Road
  • Two, 2-bedroom apartments for households of 2-4 person with income below 120% of the Alameda County Median Income (AMI)

Oak Groves (Multi-Family Community) at Dublin Ranch
  • 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments located off the eastern end of Dublin Blvd.
